What is the return policy?

Because our items are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a mistake in the printing, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will happily accommodate with a free product replacement (depending on product availability) or a discount on your next purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. In many cases, orders are delivered within 4 days of order placement. However, some products may take longer to ship due to the printing process.

How much does shipping cost?

Printful domestic (USA) shipping rates are flat-fee based on product category, starting around $3.99–$4.75 for the first apparel item and $2.00–$2.20 for each additional item. As of this time, we only offer domestic (USA) sales and shipping.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are designed by Modern Antiquities LLC and printed on demand by our trusted partner, Printful. Printful carries an array of customizable products that are durable, economical, and fashionable. Each product is printed only at the time of ordering, reducing waste and eliminating upfront risk. All orders are printed, packed, and shipped directly from Printful facilities.

I haven't received my order yet, or there is an issue with the delivery. What should I do?

Our manufacturing partner, Printful, handles the printing, packing, and shipping of all our orders. If an issue occurs within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you can contact us to report the error.

For lost packages, check tracking, contact the carrier, and then submit a claim to Printful support. If the package is deemed lost by both Printful and the carrier, Printful will cover the cost for reprinting and shipping.

Unfortunately, neither Printful nor Modern Antiquities LLC can replace misdelivered items.
